Orders are typically processed within 48 hours. However, orders placed on Friday/holidays/weekends will not be processed and shipped until the following business day.
Typical delivery time frame is between 7~14+ business days (It could be more or less depending on how your country is handling the COVID-19 pandemic). All orders are shipped with tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs, postal delays or holidays.
PRE-ORDER products will be shipped within the specified time. (The specific shipping date will be displayed on the product name of the product details page.)

All shipping service includes tracking information. When order fulfilled, tracking information would be automatically sent to you. Email at email@example.com directly if you did not hear from us.
We strongly recommend that you dispatch to a reliable address, as NICEHOMIE is not responsible for lost or stolen orders.
Physical addresses are preferred, as we are unable to guarantee the safety of items delivered to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Also, the APO, FPO or DPO address is not accepted.
Customs taxes, duties or import charges are the responsibility of the customer to be paid. We do not cover any additional charges or costs for the final delivery of the package to your destination or country. Please note these charges differ based on country laws and policies and we cannot estimate the amounts. If a package is returned due to refusal of customs fees and taxes paid, a refund will not be applicable. NICEHOMIE is not responsible for the customs duties incurred by any orders.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Anyway, we owed you a “Thank you!” for ordering a product from NICEHOMIE.com. We hope you are delighted with the items to receive from NICEHOMIE, but if you are not perfectly satisfied with it, return it within 30 days following delivery for a refund or exchange. No Restocking Fee will be charged except the shipping fee.
The following items are not eligible for NICEHOMIE Refund Policy:
- a) Promotional items;
- b) Gift and freebies;
- c) any items purchased from dealers or re-sellersand not nicehomie.com directly.
We offer a 30 days manufacturer warranty following delivery for any failures or defects that occur through normal use.
The warranty won’t be renewed for the replacement.
Return & Exchange
We accept the return for reasonable up to 30 days following delivery, no further process if out of the Guarantee. To be eligible for a return, the item must in its original package with all original contents undamaged. (We strongly recommend you keep your packaging for at least the first 30 days after purchase)
Accessories or other items received as part of a promotional offer or gift must be returned for a refund or exchange along with the original product. NICEHOMIE cannot accept returns products that had been altered, scratched, or marked.
The customers will be charged for shipping costs of returns. No restocking fee be charged for the return items (Subject to availability).
To return the item purchased from NICEHOMIE, please note:
- a) Shipping charges on return merchandise are at the customer's expense;
- b) Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for.
- c) Refunds for return merchandise will be processed within two weeks after receiving the return package. (Refund amount of merchandise value only.)
For exchange, the wrong item received or faulty items are applicable.

Cancel the non-processed order

Cancel the ship-out order
The request for canceling the ship-out item is not acceptable.
Cancel the failed-delivery order
- a) Unsuccessful delivery caused by the customer: The refund will less shipping cost & the restocking fees 50% (Subject to availability);
- b) Failed for an unknown reason: We will make a re-ship or refund for you.

Refund (If applicable)
The refund will be issued within two weeks of confirming. Further steps and information please message our Customer Service via firstname.lastname@example.org
- a) Additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded;
- b) The shipping fee will not be refunded;
- c) If you have yet to receive a refund after processed, initially check your bank account again. (Please contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.)
A full refund or replacement will be made when the cost is caused by NICEHOMIE. However, the loss and responsibility should be covered on your end when delivery failed due to your reasons:
- a) Inexactly or wrong provided shipping information;
- b) Unsuccessfully delivery due to the receipt is nor home;
- c) Refusal to pay taxes levied by customs in the destination country by local laws, resulting in the destruction or loss of the parcel.
Kind reminders for unsuccessful delivered caused by the above reasons:
- a) The re-ship or the refund will be processed after received the return package;
- b) Shipping charges on the original items and the new package will at your expends.
